Enoxaparin Sodium

Enoxaparin Sodium is a low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) anticoagulant. It works by accelerating the activity of antithrombin III, which inhibits clotting factors Xa and IIa, thereby preventing the formation and propagation of blood clots.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage is highly individualized and must be adjusted based on the patient's clinical indication, body weight, and renal function. It is administered via deep subcutaneous injection or intravenous injection (for specific cardiac indications only); it must not be given intramuscularly.
